Main Machine

The body frame is crafted from H450-type steel through precision welding.
Side wall thickness is constructed using Q235 steel with a thickness of t30mm.
Rollers are expertly manufactured from GCr15/Cr12 steel, processed with CNC lathes, and undergo rigorous heat treatment.
Shafts are precision machined to a diameter of ф80.
Using gear/sprocket driving, the system forms in approximately 15 steps.
The main motor is powered by 15KW with frequency speed control.

Post Hydraulic Cutting Device

Features post-to-cut, stop-to-cut technology with a unique two-piece cutting blade design that eliminates blanking.
Equipped with a 5.5KW hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pre-punching device that shares a hydraulic station.
The cutting tool is crafted from Cr12MoV, treated to reach a hardness of HRC58-62 degrees.

PLC Control System
Automatically controls both the quantity and cutting length for unmatched precision.
