Feeding Guide Device

The feeding guide device is positioned at the main entrance of the machine during operation. Raw materials on both sides of the plate are directed into the machine by this guiding device, ensuring the correct alignment of materials and roll forming system. The guiding position can be adjusted using a manual screw mechanism, and the feeding guide width is independently adjustable.

Forming mold: Made of Cr12 molding steel, subjected to vacuum quenching heat treatment toHRC60-62°, followed by grinding of the inner
hole and the end face. The precision-machined roller surface is crafted using a CNC lathe for flawless results.

with a thickness of0.04mm, and a mirror-treated surface for enhanced longevity and rust resistance.
