The guiding position can be precisely adjusted using a manual screw mechanism, with the feeding guide width independently adjustable for seamless operation.

Forming mold: Crafted from Cr12 molding steel, the mold undergoes vacuum quenching heat treatment toHRC60-62°, post which the inner
hole and the end face are meticulously ground. The precision of the roller surface is assured by CNC lathe machining, delivering flawless results.
Shafts material:Manufactured from 40Crsteel, each shaft undergoes CNC lathe processing, heat treatment, and hard chrome coating
with a protective layer of0.04mm, finished with a mirror-treated surface for enhanced longevity and superior rust resistance.
